Designer Scents is an online based fragrance body oil business founded in 2016 by Jovine Bailey. Jovine started this business, not only because she needed extra cash, but because she always dreamed of owning top name designer brands, but couldn’t afford the high price tags. Jovine did her own research on the perfume industry and found that majority of designer perfumes/colognes are pricey not because of its contents but the fancy bottles, packaging and celebrity ads campaigns. Not long after her discovery, perfume oil was introduced to her by a colleague. Sure enough she was caught by surprise, at the affordability and amazing quality fragrances. That’s when Jovine decided it would be great to be the source of great quality fragrance body oils for an amazingly low price.
